TIS300-45 — Product overview
TIS®300-45 Series is a nickel/graphite-filled silicone sheet that is both thermally conductive (4.5 W/m·K) and electrically conductive. It is developed for thermal management and EMI suppression in 3C electronics, high-frequency signal devices, and precision electromagnetic components. The material combines strong thermal performance with low surface resistivity and a soft, elastic feel suitable for low-pressure assembly.
