TIS300 — Product overview

TIS®300-45 Series is a nickel/graphite-filled conductive and thermally conductive silicone sheet, specially developed for thermal management and electromagnetic interference suppression of 3C electronic products, high-frequency signal devices, and precision electromagnetic components. It features excellent thermal conductivity and surface resistivity, while providing high compressibility and soft elasticity, making it suitable for low-pressure installation environments. The TIS®300-45 series material is resistant to corrosion caused by leakage current and maintains its stability under harsh conditions.

What is the nominal thermal conductivity of TIS300?
