TIG780-52 — Product overview

TIG™780-52 is an environmentally safe silicone-based thermal grease engineered to solve overheating and reliability issues in electronic assemblies. The paste-form heat-conducting compound moistens the contact surface sufficiently to form an interface of extremely low thermal impedance, providing heat-dissipation efficiency far superior to many competing greases. Combining 5.20 W/m·K thermal conductivity with a UL94 V-0 flame rating and a thin 0.008 mm bond line, the product is suitable for high-power electronics that demand both low thermal resistance and flame-retardant behavior.
