TIS100-16-01 — Product overview
TIS®100-16-01 Series products are highly efficient thermally conductive insulators built on a fiberglass-reinforced silicone substrate. The insulating silicone base is loaded with ceramic filler, delivering 1.6 W/m·K thermal conductivity together with strong dielectric isolation for power-supply, motor-controller, and power-semiconductor assemblies.
