TIS100-16-02 — Product overview

TIS™100-16-02 Series products are high-efficiency thermally conductive insulators (red) with a fiberglass-reinforced silicone substrate. The insulating silicone base is loaded with ceramic filler, delivering 1.6 W/m·K thermal conductivity along with 5 kV breakdown isolation for power-supply, motor-controller, and power-semiconductor assemblies.
