TIS800-11-03 — Product overview

TIS®800-11-03 is a highly efficient thermally conductive insulator (yellow, 0.305 mm) built on a fiberglass-reinforced silicone substrate. The ceramic-filled silicone base provides 1.1 W/m·K thermal conductivity together with 5 kV/mm breakdown isolation for power-supply, motor-controller, and power-semiconductor assemblies.
